All sales at The Privé Archive are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been paid and processed. However, we accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery — read the full details below.
Our Policy
All sales are final.
Once an order has been paid and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. All products are sold in their current condition and are considered final sale.
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Exchanges are the primary remedy for most non-defective items.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items are always eligible for a full resolution — either a replacement or a refund — regardless of when they are reported.
How It Works
Four simple steps.
Contact Us
Email hello@theprivearchive.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Get Approval
We'll review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions, the return address, and confirmation of the restocking fee.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached and send it back to our warehouse at your own cost. Share the tracking number with us once dispatched.
Exchange Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days. A 30% restocking fee and $50 flat return shipping fee apply to all exchanges.

All Sales Final
Once an order has been paid and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Eligible Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, returned in original packaging with all tags still attached and intact. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that arrive used, damaged, or without original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We'll make it right — a replacement or full resolution will be arranged promptly.
Missing Items & Out of Stock
If something is missing from your order, please check whether it shipped in a separate parcel before reaching out — split shipments are common. We'll resend any confirmed missing items after verification.
If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, it will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund automatically.
A 30% restocking fee plus a flat $50 return shipping fee applies to all approved exchanges. All customers are required to ship items back to our warehouse at their own cost. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit — please use a tracked shipping service.
