Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during regular business hours and is closed on national public holidays.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and viewing your Order History.

If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@theprivearchive.com.

Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied once your order arrives in your country. All prices on our site are exclusive of tax.

Customs charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient. Customs authorities may also request additional documentation, which could result in delivery delays. Please ensure you're familiar with your country's import restrictions.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier may leave a notice or attempt to contact you. Alternative options may include leaving the parcel with a neighbour, storing it in a safe location, or offering a re-delivery date or pickup instructions.

If you've received a delivery notification, please follow the courier's instructions promptly or contact your local courier office. We are not liable for items held or rejected by customs due to local regulations.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. Tracking details also appear in your account under Order History within 3–4 business days of dispatch.

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, Standard Shipping takes 10–17 business days and Express Shipping takes 6–9 business days.

If your estimated delivery window has passed, check your tracking link first — delays of 1–3 weeks often indicate a customs inspection and your parcel is still on its way. If there's still no update, contact us at hello@theprivearchive.com with your order number.

Customs and import duties are set by your local authorities and are not covered by us. All customers are solely responsible for any duties and taxes that apply upon delivery in their country.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to update your delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@theprivearchive.com and include your order number. Once an order has been handed to the courier, we're unable to change the destination.

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but if your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and email us within 48 hours at hello@theprivearchive.com. We'll arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
